Services
I help purpose-driven leaders flourish, and support teams in doing their best work together. Leaders who are connected to their purpose (what they uniquely have to contribute) lead better, build stronger teams, and navigate hard things with more confidence and clarity.
I pair the rigor of positive psychology, neuroscience, and organizational design research with two decades of experience working inside businesses, healthcare systems, nonprofits, and government agencies, helping leaders and teams navigate high-stakes, fast-moving environments where the quality of leadership is the linchpin to success.

Purpose in Practice Circle
Every one of us has something to give to the parts of the world we touch that only we can. Our work is to connect with what that is, and bring it forward wherever we show up.
The Purpose in Practice Circle is an 11-week guided community experience where a small group of people works through the Purpose in Practice workbook together, one chapter at a time, with me guiding every step.
We meet weekly for one hour on Zoom. Between sessions you'll have access to a private online community for resources, conversation, and session recordings. An optional introduction session and individual coaching session with me is also included.
Across the 11 weeks you'll:
Get clear on who you are and what you're really about
Know your highest and best, so you can wisely invest your time and energy
Recognize what's truly for you when opportunities come up and decisions need to be made
Take your next steps, with confidence and clarity
After the Circle wraps, you'll have access to optional boost sessions for ongoing support and connection.
The next Circle starts September 29, 2026. Pricing is $297. Click the link below to register, and feel free to share with someone who needs it. I can't wait to get started with you!

Leadership development built on the science of how people workLeadership challenges are rarely generic. I build programs that meet your leaders where they are, take on the real questions and challenges they're wrestling with, and teach tools and strategies they can use the next day.
Approach
Most leadership programs teach theory and hope it translates. I roll up my sleeves with your leaders. We work on real challenges, dynamics, and situations. Sessions are grounded in research from positive psychology, neuroscience, and organizational behavior, and delivered in a way that is practical, engaging, and immediately applicable.
How it works
01 Discover
We start with a conversation to understand your organization's context, your leaders' challenges, and what success looks like for you. Sometimes this includes interviews or surveys with participants.
02 Design
I design a program tailored to your goals, whether that's a single learning session, a multi-month or multi-year cohort experience, or an ongoing group coaching engagement. Format, pacing, and content are all built around what your leaders need.
03 Deliver
Sessions are facilitated in person or virtually, with follow-up resources and communications to keep learning active between meetings. I stay responsive throughout, adjusting as your leaders' needs evolve.
04 Measure
We track impact together through participant feedback, progress check-ins, and end-of-program evaluation so you always know what's working.
Areas we may work on together:
Leading with emotional intelligence and resilience
Communicating to build trust and alignment
Creating conditions for teams to do their best work
Navigating change with confidence
Building a culture of feedback and learning
Strengths-based leadership
The psychology of leading well
Supporting wellbeing and preventing burnout
Organizations I've worked with include leaders in:
Federal government and public agencies, healthcare and academic medicine, professional services, nonprofit and mission-driven organizations.

Bring purpose-driven leadership to your stage or eventI work with organizations, leadership teams, and conference audiences who want more than inspiration. My talks combine the latest research with practical, experience-based insights that stick. People leave with real tools and a stronger sense of what they uniquely have to offer their work and leadership
Signature talk:
Leading From The Inside Out: What science tells us about purpose, and why it changes everything about how you leadMost leaders are running on external signals. Goals set by others, metrics handed down, expectations they inherited. Leading from the inside out is an invitation to explore what happens when you tap into the power of your purpose. We all have a unique contribution to offer to our parts of the world, and as leaders, when we are clear on what that is, everyone benefits. Using your purpose as a compass to lead, make decisions and show up for your team allows you to work at your highest and best, support others in doing the same, experience more meaning in your work and life, and make the impact you’re meant to make with focus and clarity.
This session starts with the latest research in positive psychology and neuroscience to make the case for why purpose is one of the most important leadership advantages in the transformation our world is experiencing. Then we get practical, and explore key “signposts” into your own purpose, and practical suggestions for bringing more purpose into work.
Participants walk away with:
An understanding of the evidence behind the benefits of purpose-connected leadership
An exploration of their own purpose using a tried-and-true methodology
A framework to continue living into their purpose
Strategies to bring more purpose into work and life
Available formats:
60-minute keynote 90-minute workshop session Half-day leadership experience
Best suited for:
Women's leadership events, leadership development programs, ERG events, L&D conferences, Team offsitesWhat makes this different:
This is not a lecture. Every session includes active work time where participants begin to explore their own purpose using the methodology from my workbook, Purpose in Practice. It blends learning with personal discovery in a way that feels engaging and connecting. -
